Our coffee beans are freshly roasted in small batches every Friday and shipped the day after, which means they are never roasted more than 7 days before despatch. Customers who select "free pick up" option and order by Friday morning, will be able to collect their items the following Wednesday.

Our latest special release comes from Finca Monteblanco, which is owned and operated by Rodrigo Sánchez Valencia who is a leader in co-fermentation and produces competition coffees year-after-year. Citrullus Nectar is a unique coffee that was co-fermented with a mother culture that was created using microorganisms like lactobacillus and saccharomyces cerevisiae that were derived from Rodrigo’s Purple Caturra coffee cherries. In addition, a portion of this culture was fed with sugar, molasses, and concentrated melon and watermelon juice, which contributed unique flavours in addition to bringing the culture’s sugar content to a level that matched the degrees Brix of the coffee. The result is an explosive aroma that is like cutting into fresh melon with a body that is incredibly smooth and velvety.
