Our coffee beans are freshly roasted in small batches every Friday and shipped the day after, which means they are never roasted more than 7 days before despatch. Customers who select "free pick up" option and order by Friday morning, will be able to collect their items the following Wednesday.

Our latest release comes from the Duromina washing station in the Agaro region of Jimma, Ethiopia. The name was chosen by the farmers and roughly translates to “to improve their lives” in the Afan Oromo language. Duromina was one of the first washing stations built in 2010 by a partnership between USAID and Technoserve to fund infrastructure development in the woreda (district) of Agaro, and two years later they were producing stellar coffees with an international panel of judges selecting Duromina’s coffee as the best in Africa, awarding the cooperative the top prize in the leading regional cupping competition.
